I thought this Tufa was very interesting kinda looked like a Mother and child dancing .If you have never been to Mono and your in the area it is well worth the trip a very interesting and beautiful place.

A beautiful capture, Mitch! It does look like Mother and child are doing the jitter bug! Whan I was small, we used to trailer our horses way up to Mono Host Springs, out of Fresno and past Shaver Lake and pack way up to the top, over she rock and freezing lakes.. I believe we viewed Mono lake from way up there. Of course we tarvel past on Hwy. 395 often. Every thing is perfect in this! L/F
